We will try to keep you posted on the latest information about events past, present, and future.
Men's Leagues 2010:
Our "A" Team playing in the C League won the whole deal with a great record of 27 and 9. They will be moving up to B next year. It's always a pleasure to add one more banner to our warming hut wall. Some of the top players in the country compete here, so coming in 1st among 10 teams is fantastic. Team members include Gene Rosenberg, Andy Weil, Liam Doody, Dick Bottelli, Mark Greene, Randy Epner, Tom McMullen, T. J. Bambach, Geoff Williams and Jack Freindlich. As always, T. J. Bambach did a superb job as captain.
The B Team also did well with a record of 18 and 18. We will be staying in the G League in 2011. The players were Rich Daidone, Dennis Hanowitz, Steve Chval, Stuart Morris, Bob Kaplan, Jack Ferber, Bruce Steinthal, Rich Olsen, Larry Weil, Tom McMullen, and Bernie Troy (Captain).

Women's Leagues 2010/11:
The Wednesday Women's Interclub Paddle League includes several local clubs. The season has been completed, and the women managed to hang in there, finishing fifth overall, and remaining in the B Division. Those participating include Jackie Albarella (Co-Captain), Brenda Brunelle, Linda Greene (Co-Captain), Kuniko Kai, Cora Koch, Chris Hannon, Joan Landesman, Erne Linn, Jane Troy, Joyce Weir, and Jean Weisel.

The official opening of our new hut took place in the fall of 2005. We hope you agree that the result is one of the best warming huts in the area. It provides an exceptional viewing area of both courts, and is spacious and comfortable on those wintry nights. Check the Gallery for pictures showing the construction from start to finish.
We have a new look. The latest recommendation for ball visibility is to have the courts either blue or purple instead of green to contrast against the yellow ball. As part of our overall maintenance program, the courts are now blue and we have installed new nets. The screens have also been tightened as required.

Who ever said that money doesn't grow on trees. Well, maybe not, but paddle balls do.
